An approach to maintenance sustainability level assessment integrated with Industry 4.0 technologies using Fuzzy-TOPSIS: A real case study

Sustainable development (SD) activities within a manufacturing should be integrated with the Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies implementation due to ensure continuous evaluation and even prediction SD level. Such integration provided cross all company areas but must strictly defined for each core process realised company. Therefore, main purpose of study is build new approach assess maintenance sustainability (MS) level in company, as good example integrating I4.0 using Fuzzy Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS). The major contributions work are follows: 1) existing literature identification key objectives MS, context 2) F-TOPSIS method based on empirical data received from 125 Polish enterprises, 3) establishment approach, which allow monitor MS manufacturing, 4) demonstrating usefulness fresh framework managerial practice through its verification five companies. Managers thanks use proposed may constant level, while application technologies.
